The Fee: €6,900 Euros per couple in double occupancy or €3,815 Euros per single in single occupancy

To Reserve Your Spot in Paradise:

This is a very limited event as you can imagine. We can take up to 20 couples of combination of couples and singles.

We will maintain the intimate nature of this dream trip by breaking the non-dinner day experiences into 2 smaller groups of 15 to 20 participants per vehicle. Each day will include a wine tasting and a cultural agenda. You get to choose what you want to participate in each day!

We need a $5,000* deposit ASAP to hold your place for a couple, $3,000* for a single, due at the time of registration.

*The trip is priced in euros, however you are being billed in US dollars. The final payment will be adjusted for changes in the dollar:euro ratio. As of Apr. 1, 2008, the ratio is €1 = US $1.56.

Reservation deposits are on a first come first serve basis but must be in no later than July 1st. When full we will start a waiting list as approximately 10% to 20% of deposited attendees seem to have life altering events come up that force them to cancel.

Final payment is due by June 1st.

Cancellation penalties are as follows:

• April 1 - May 31, 2008
  €500 Euros per person
• June 1 - July 31, 2008
  initial deposit is forfeited
• August 1 to departure date
  100% of trip cost

Regardless of when you cancel a credit card transaction processing fee will apply to your deposit.

We strongly recommend cancellation and travel insurance to prevent any losses in case of illness, accident, or otherwise. Hamilton-Fitzjames recommends Travel Guard Insurance, www.travelguard.com.

In short, first come first served. Inner Circle members get a one-day head start on the deal as part of their customer service package—they pay for the privilege and it's only fair they get first shot. Alumni from past trips (that we LIKE-which so far has been everyone!) also get priority for registrations.
