To Reserve Your Spot in Paradise:

A US $7,000 per couple deposit is required to hold your place on the trip, US $3,500 for a single. The deposit is fully refundable up until April 15, 2010. The balance of payment is due by July 15, 2010. Space is very limited and is on a first come first served basis.

The trip is priced in euros, however you are being billed in US dollars. The final payment will be adjusted for changes in the dollar:euro ratio. As of Feb 16 ‘10, the ratio is €1 = US$1.36.

All payments can be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express credit card or check. Make all checks payable to ChangeWave Seminars and send them to; 6116 Rosemont Cir., North Bethesda, MD. 20852. for credit card deposits, please fax the form to Marjorie Sutherland-Smith at (301) 571-0011 or e-mail the completed form to msmith@nbtgroupinc.com.

If you choose to pay by check for both deposits you will receive a €200 euro/person discount for EACH leg of the trip. The discount wil be applied to the final deposit.

Cancellation & Refund

If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined as follows:

  • prior to April 15, 2010
    fully refundable **
  • April 16 – July 14, 2010
    $2,500/person will be forfeited **
  • July 15 – to departure date
    100% of trip cost

** For credit cards only, any cancellation will incure a credit card processing fee. Exceptions to this cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies. We highly recommend taking trip cancellation insurance in case you should have to cancel your trip.
